Cuvée de Mortagne (12.8%) – The wood-aged version of the Land of Mortagne is our Cuvée de Mortagne. Due to its fine, complex flavours from the tannins of the wooden barrels and elements of the wine (Pomerol, St-Emilion, Margaux) that originally lay on the barrels, this is a very complex and unique tasting beer.
Wild West Kriek Framboos (6.0%) – Flemish Sour Ale, fermented with our own wild house yeast strain ‘Morpheus’. Barrel aged version of Omega, macerated with Cherries and Raspberries.
Phi Smoked Pineapple (8.0%) – Flemish Sour Ale fermented with our wild house yeast culture Morpheus and macerated with fresh smoked Pineapple.
Phi (8.0%) – Phi is a pale strong beer, skillfully balanced between sweet and sour due to the addition of 40% of wheat to the grain bill. Phi is part of the “Omega – Phi – Sigma” trilogy which matures in stainless steel tanks where the Morpheus yeast imparts a refreshing sourness.
