Hoppy on the nose with an initial intense bitterness–thanks to a healthy dose of local hops, (the brewery is in Belgium’s biggest hop growing area)–this beer has a rather smooth character to it yet finishes quite dry with a good bit of carbonation. Spicy and bitter with a subtle bit of citrusy sweetness–this is a nice refreshing beer.
