The Alchemist - Alena (7.7%)

An American IPA with a full malt presence. Layered with a blend of hops, dry-hopped with summit. Alena pours clear, deep orange, smells of toasted malt, grapefruit, and pine hops. Tastes of grapefruit hops up front, but there’s toasted malt and a touch of bready sweetness present. While there’s white grape and resin notes dominating over the malt base, moderate hop bitterness lingers on the dry finish.
