Fermentated on Hornindal Kveik – a blend of cooperative farmhouse strains which produce a tropical flavour profile, with a complex aroma that presents as subtle stone fruit, pineapple, and dried fruit leather – and a unique species of Lachancea yeast selected for its ability to produce lactic acid.

Aged for 6 months in Islay whisky barrels to add complex yet subtle peat-smoked character, with 140g/l Raspberries, 85g/L Tayberries, and 70g/L Caramelised Polyflora Honey (all sourced in Scotland).
