Up Front Brewing x Holy Goat Brewing - Nectarnomicon - Mixed ferment Nectar IPA (6.5%)

This thick and juicy Nectar IPA was co-fermented with a wild strain of nectar specialist yeast harvested from wildflowers (Metschnikowia Reukaufii) and another specialist yeast able to unlock bound thiols.

This collaboration with Holy Goat Brewing combines our experiences of using nectar yeasts and utilising polyfunctional thiols, with the goal to produce the most intensely aromatic and flavourful IPA possible. Dry-hopped with hefty quantities of Cryo Mosaic, Citra, and Idaho 7.
